After the incredible success of our inaugural event in 2025 - which raised $10,000 to support a circular economy in Hawke's Bay - we are thrilled to announce that the Re-Source Charity Golf Tournament is back.
On Friday, 27 March 2026, teams from across the Bay will gather at Hawkes Bay Golf Club for a day of friendly competition, networking and positive community impact.
More than just a round of golf
While the day promises plenty of fun on the green, the purpose behind the play is serious. Every dollar raised supports Re-Source, our local resource recovery hub.
We work to build community resilience by connecting surplus goods to where they are most needed. By entering a team, you aren't just paying green fees; you are directly supporting waste minimisation and getting help to where it matters most in our region.
A format for everyone
You don't need to be an expert golfer to support the cause. The tournament is played in an 18-hole Ambrose format, which is ideal for all abilities.
Serious golfers: Official handicaps apply
Social players: No handicap? No problem. Men play off 24 and women off 36
It is a fantastic opportunity to get your workmates out of the office, host clients in a relaxed setting or simply enjoy a great day out with friends.
Auction highlight
We’re also excited to announce a special charity auction to be held after the match. Among the items going under the hammer is a signed shirt from Michael Campbell, giving you the chance to own a piece of Kiwi sporting history.
