Our Agencies are the organisations who receive the donated items for their clients and communities. They choose Re-Source because we are a neutral hub that enables and supports them to focus on their skilled mahi and build trusting relationships with their clients.
How it works
Our partners get in touch with a need and/or an order
Often we have the items on hand, but sometimes we use our network to try to find them

Kura - we can deliver when there are targeted needs
Aunty’s Garden - we replace tools when they go missing
Fire Brigade - we provide emergency temporary support for total loss
Plunket - we provide clothing because children keep outgrowing clothes!

“When our team identifies what is required, be these blankets, clothing, shoes, prams, toiletries, or even a car seat for an infant, then calling Nadine or her team, we know these goods, if at all possible, will arrive quickly… Whilst there are some other support services to call on to assist, there is no after-hours service of any of those… they do not cater to the complex needs of a total loss event, where the person may be standing in their pyjamas with no shoes, phone or wallet, or car keys on the side of the road. Without the support of Re-Source to act so quickly, deliver goods to the person themselves, and able to provide further follow-up supplies of clothing or bedding or other items in the next couple of days, our job will be so much harder.”
