Through our established Partner Network we connect donated items directly with community needs. This has the dual purpose of supporting whanau well-being and preventing waste from ending up in landfills.
We have been operating successfully for over 3 years and now we are entering a new exciting phase with the energy, skills, and future focus needed to deliver on the organisation’s vision.

Board Secretary Vacancy
This position is for a Board Secretary. It is an unpaid role. This is a vital role for the Board as we develop and expand our good governance practices, systems, and processes.
The company secretary is the administrator of the board and ensures that the board functions efficiently and in accordance with relevant legal and other requirements.

The Secretary assists the chair with the organisation of papers, meetings, induction of new directors, and other duties to ensure the smooth running of a Board
Ensuring adherence to our Vision, Mission, Charitable Purpose, Values, and Key Board Functions
Ensure that appropriate governance guidelines and rules are in place for operational efficiencies
Preferably governance experience in a dynamic and aspirational environment

Marketing Co-Ordinator Vacancy
Our summer intern is on her way to gainful employment after some valuable hands-on experience with us for the past few months, so we have an opening for a new Marketing Co-Ordinator starting ASAP.
You will work alongside the GM and the Board to roll out the strategy and rebrand into content marketing for social media, email marketing, and the website. You may also be required to enter and manage award applications, create collateral for campaigns, and plan a website project, among other tasks.
This is a part-time, unpaid role based in Hawke's Bay and any course or job experience requirements you have can be taken into consideration.
